- 油田注水系统压力高、水量大,注水电动机大多数是大功率电动机,但油田注水站的额定流量与实际流量常常不相匹配,从而导致电动机长期处于高耗能状态。针对这一问题,提出采用变频调速装置对油田注水泵用电动机进行变速调节,以达到节能降耗的目的。文章介绍了变频系统的原理,对变频系统与原有系统进行了比较。采用变频控制方式后,不仅提高了注水系统的效率,节约了电能,而且延长了电动机的使用寿命,减少了维修工作量及成本。
Oilfield water injection system features high pressure and a great amount of water. Its electric motors belong mainly in high-power motors. The rated flow of an oilfield water injection station often differs from the actual flow, causing electric motors to work in high energy consumption state for a long period. It is proposed to adopt variable frequency regulators regulating oilfield water injection pumps so as to reach the target of energy-saving. This paper introduces the principle of variable frequency system and compares it with the original system.
