- 唐山开元自动焊接装备有限公司开发设计的双头自动缝焊专机应用了当今最先进的中频逆变技术,有效地解决了大型厚板及特殊金属材料的密封焊接难题,既提高了焊接质量又节约了电能,具有焊接全自动、操作方便、节能环保等优点。文章从机械部分、焊接系统、电控系统、导电结构等方面介绍了主要机构的设计原理及特点。该设备已在石化换热器生产厂家实际应用。
The dual head automatic seam welder designed and developed by Tangshan Kaiyun Automatic Welding Equipment Company applies the most advanced intermediate frequency inversion technology nowadays. It solves the difficult seam welding problems of large thick plates and special metal materials and has the advantages of raising welding quality, saving electric energy, fully automatic welding, easy operation and environmental protection. The design principle and functional features of main structure of the welder are illustrated with respect to mechanical portion, welding system, electric control system and electric conduction structure.
