- 文章结合镇海炼油化工股份有限公司150万t/a延迟焦化装置检修改造施工实际,介绍了吊装更换位于钢结构框架内的焦炭塔顶部的施工方法,包括吊装站位的分析选择、吊车工况及机索具的选择、储焦池的利用、除焦井架局部和旧焦炭塔顶部的拆除以及新焦炭塔顶部的吊装。采用该方法施工,用了不到20天的时间就完成了更换吊装任务。
Combined with the construction practice of overhaul and alteration of a 150×104 t/a delayed coking equipment at Zhenhai Oil Refining and Chemical Company, the hoisting construction method for replacing coke tower top within a steel frame is introduced in this paper, which includes the analysis and choice of hoisting operation position, choice of cranes and riggings, utilization of coke storage pond, dismantlement of partial decoking headframe and an old coke tower top, as well as hoist of a new coke tower top.2007,4(4): 44-45 收稿日期:2007-2-25分类号:TE962作者简介:潘文江(1970-),男,福建泉州人,1995年毕业于辽宁抚顺石油学院化工机械系,从事大型设备吊装技术工作。
