- 罗家寨天然气净化厂尾气烟囱设计通径大,吨位重,采用常规的吊装工艺难以满足吊装施工要求,经分析论证,最终确定尾气烟囱的吊装采用倒装法,主要吊装受力机具为2台150t履带吊车,逐段吊装,空中组对焊接。文章介绍了150t履带吊车的组装、分段吊装的步骤及方法、吊点及吊耳的选择。实践证明,该吊装工艺既有效地避免了筒体变形,又大大节约了吊装成本。
The designed tail-gas chimney of Luojiazai Natural Gas Purifying Plant has a big drift diameter and a large weight tonnage, so that the conventional hoisting process is difficult to meet the hoisting requirement.
