- 煤气化关键设备——气化炉组件,其整体形状呈倒"y"字形,不仅结构复杂,重量大,吊装位置高,而且要安装在煤气化框架钢结构内部,吊装难度大。文章结合湖南岳阳、湖北枝江和安徽安庆三套煤气化项目的吊装实践,介绍了采用1250t大型履带式起重机作为吊装主机具,采用250t履带式起重机作为溜尾吊车,将气化炉组件分为三大吊装单元,分别吊装就位的施工方法。实践证明,该方法与利用传统的门架吊装相比,工期短,更方便,更快捷,安全性更高。
The gasifier module, as a key apparatus of coal-gasfier, has an outline of inverse "y". Its structure is complex and heavy with high hoisting points, and the hoisting construction to install it into a gasifier steel frame is difficult. In combination with the hoisting practices of three sets of gasifying projects in Yueyang of Hunan, Zhijiang of Hubei and Anqing of Anhui, this paper presents the relevant construction method of hoisting and installing coal-gasifier modules, that is to use a heavy caterpillar crane of 1250 t as the main hoisting machine and a caterpillar crane of 250 t as the sliding tail crane, and to separate the module into three units and hoist them and fix them into correct places.2007,4(4): 36-39,40 收稿日期:2006-10-23分类号:TU996.74作者简介:江坚平(1971-),男,浙江衢州人,工程师,1997年毕业于浙江大学,从事起重吊装技术工作,现任中国石化集团宁波工程有限公司机械化施工公司副总工程师。
