摘要:: 根据苏丹穆格莱德油田开发生产项目计量标定系统的安装试运经验,以中心处理站计量标定系统为例,介绍了计量标定系统的工艺流程、控制系统的拓扑结构、主要设备及其功能、设备安装要点、系统组态和试运步骤,特别是对标定计算机、流量计算机和监视计算机的功能进行了详细说明,同时对标定类型、取样模式也进行了解释。为同类项目该系统的运用提供了可以借鉴的经验。
Based on the experience of installation and operation of measurement calibration system used for a development and production project at Muglad Oilfield, Sudan, this paper illustrates the process flow of the system, topological structure of the control system, main equipment and its function, key points of equipment installation, system configuration and commissioning procedure. It explicates particularly the functions of calibration computer, flow computer and monitor computer. Meanwhile, it explains the calibration type and sampling mode. The experience of the system operation can give a reference for alike projects.
