- 文章介绍了西气东输管道SCADA系统的设计原则、组成和配置,阐述了调度控制中心及站控系统的构造及主要功能,分析了西气东输管道SCADA系统的先进性及与其他信息系统相关联的问题。西气东输管道SCADA系统功能设计满足生产运行的需要,在对西气东输管道全线的正常运行监控、抢修作业的监控指挥过程中,起到了不可替代的作用。
This paper introduces the design principle, composition and configuration of SCADA system of West to East Gas Transmission Pipeline, expounds the structure and main functions of the dispatching control and station control system, analyzes the advanced capability of the SCADA system and the associated issues with other information systems.
