- 胜利海上埕岛油田管网复杂,部分管段干压高,不仅造成外输困难,油井生产不稳定,产量受到限制,而且还使外输存在隐患。针对这种情况,对部分管网进行了改造,加设了油气混输泵。文章介绍了油气混输泵的工作原理、特点、安装位置的选择及工艺流程。安装了油气混输泵后,可降低井口回压,扩大集油半径,增加原油产量,节能降耗效果明显,有利于安全生产。
The pipeline network of Shengli Chengdao Offshore Oilfield is complicated and its partial trunk pipeline segments have high pressures, which not only cause oil transmission difficulty, unstable oil well production and restricted oil output, but also have hidden troubles. Aimed at these problems, partial pipeline network is renovated adding oil-gas mixture pumps. This paper describes the working principle, features, installation positions and process flow of the oil-gas mixture pumps.
