- 目前使用的天然气计量器具均采用了微电子技术,使得计量系统容易遭受雷电的危害。文章针对湖田计量站天然气计量系统遭受雷击破坏的情况,分析了问题产生的原因,根据天然气计量系统的特点,综合考虑多方面的影响因素,提出了整体设计、综合治理、系统实施原则和有效拦截、良好屏蔽、均衡连接、合理接地、堵截通道、全面防御的防雷技术方法。通过一系列整改措施的实施,计量系统得到了很好的保护,安全运行一年多未受到雷击的影响,能够在雷雨天气正常、稳定运行。
Based on the destructive case happened in the natural gas metering system of Hutian metering station, the reason of the accident was analyzed, then a set of complete protection measures of preventing lightning were provided, including integral design, comprehensive treatment, principle of system implementation, effective interception, excellent shielding, equilibrium connection, rational grounding and passage blocking.
