- 文章结合长庆油田分公司油气田开发建设过程中甲方监督工作实际,从充分发挥甲方监督组织作用、完善项目管理的激励约束机制、强化工程建设项目形成全过程质量控制、加大监理人员的考核力度、规范质量行为不良记录档案等方面,系统总结和探讨了甲方监督的成功经验,提出了甲方监督的实施细则和质量控制措施。通过加强油气田地面工程建设甲方监督工作,增强了全员质量意识,规范了建设市场,完善了项目管理手段,促进了油气田地面建设工程质量的提高。
Combined with the Side A supervision practices in oil and gas field development and construction in Changqing Oilfield Subcompany, this paper summarizes and discusses the successful experiences of Side A supervision.
