- 分析了大型工程建设项目中信息管理存在的问题,指出只有对大型工程建设项目进行信息标准化和集成化管理,使信息能够在项目各阶段、各职能部门和各参与方之间进行有效的传递、沟通、共享,才能保证大型工程建设项目的顺利实施和最终效益的实现。介绍了信息标准化的目的和内容,提出了信息集成的方法和模型,指出信息平台是实现大型工程建设项目信息集成化管理的方式,并说明了信息平台的功能、实现方案和应用效果。
The problems existing in information management of large scale engineering construction projects are analyzed in this paper. It is pointed out that in order to ensure smooth implementation and making final benefits of large scale engineering construction projects, the information standardization and integration management of the projects is required to enable the information to transfer, communicate and share among functional branches and participators at every stage.
