- 介绍了美国Aker公司研制成功的活动杆吊装技术,即Versatruss起重系统的组成、原理及特点,该起重系统由张力杆、大功率卷扬机、支撑杆及两条浅吃水驳船组成,系统工作时采用多个吊点进行吊装,使载荷能够沿着两条驳船的中心线分布,在很大程度上减少了传统吊装作业时需要考虑较大安全系数的问题。与同等吨位的浮吊相比,Versatruss起重系统施工费用低,速度快,特别适合在浅水区作业,不仅能用于海洋平台的安装,而且还能用于海洋平台的拆除。
This paper introduces the hoisting techniques of moving boom developed by American Aker Company, including the composition, principle and characteristics of the hoisting system. The hoisting system consists of a tension boom, a high-power windlass, support rods and two shallow draft barges. Multi-padeyes are used to enable loads distributed along the centric line between the two barges, thus it solves the problem of higher safety factor needed for traditional hoisting operation. Compared with a floating crane of equal tonnage, Versatruss hoisting system has the advantages of low cost and fast operation and it is especially suitable for the operation in shallow water region not only for installation of offshore platforms, but also for dismantlement of offshore platforms.2007,3(3): 44-45 收稿日期:2006-7-15分类号:TH21作者简介:王利霞(1973-),女,山东德州人,工程师,1995年毕业于石油大学(华东)焊接工艺及设备专业,现主要从事科研管理工作。参考文献:
