- 在设备安装施工中,我国相关规范明确规定了两种安装方法,一种是有垫铁安装,另一种是无垫铁安装。文章介绍了一种新的安装方法,即水平馒头安装法,该方法介于有垫铁安装和无垫铁安装之间。中海壳牌南海石化80万t/a乙烯项目中的环氧乙烷/乙二醇和蒸发浓缩/废液焚烧两套装置的部分设备,采用了水平馒头安装法进行了安装,经单机试车和系统联运,设备运行平稳,设备振动量符合日本和德国机械设备运转振动量检测标准,通过了监理、业主、惠州市质量监督局及有关单位的检查验收。该方法还可减少施工投入、降低施工成本、简化施工程序、缩短工期。
The horizontal steamed bread type installation method is a new kind of installation method, categorized between installation with iron mat and installation without iron mat. At a 80×104t/a ethylene project of CNOOC-Sell South China Sea Petrochemical Engineering, the installations of partial devices of two sets of equipments, i.e. the epoxy ethylene /glycol and the evaporated concentration/waste liquid combustion applied the horizontal steamed bread type installation method. After stand-alone trial run and system combined run, it has proven that the equipments run stably and smoothly, its vibration levels accorded with Japanese and German inspection standards on mechanical equipment running vibration. It was checked and accepted by supervisor, owner, Huizhou Quality Supervision Bureau and relevant units.
