- 气化炉是煤化工的核心设备,大庆油田金属结构厂与哈尔滨锅炉厂合作,为某大型石化企业制造了一台侧壁4个烧嘴对置式新型气化炉,该气化炉是目前国内同类产品中最大的气化炉。文章介绍了该气化炉的结构、技术特性及制造技术要求,阐述了其制造工艺、关键技术和质量保证措施,包括筒体成型、机加工、组装焊接、热处理、组件二次加工及精密检测等。通过采取一系列工艺措施,实现了气化炉的各项设计指标,保证了产品的制造精度,气化炉一次投料成功。
This paper describes the structure, technical features and technical requirements of manufacture of a gasification stove with four contraposition burners on side walls, expatiates on its manufacturing process, key techniques and quality guarantee measures such as barrel formation, machining, assembly welding, heat treatment, subassembly secondary machining and precision detection. With a series of technological measures, kinds of design specifications of the gasification stove were satisfied and the manufacture precision was ensured.
