- 在某油气处理厂改造中设计了286个电动阀的控制方案,由于设备实际情况与自控设计要求不相符,必须寻找一种既能够满足设计意图,又能符合设备现实情况的控制方案。文章在分析原设计控制方案中各元件的作用和电动阀的控制过程的基础上,提出了电动阀简化控制方案,经工程应用,取得了令人满意的效果。文章还介绍了电动阀简化控制方案的特点。
A control scenario for 286 electric valves used in the alteration of one oil and gas treatment plant was once designed. Owing to the discrepancy between actual equipment situation and automatic control requirement, a new control scenario was demanded in order to satisfy the design intention and meet the actual equipment situation. Based on analyzing the original design scenario, a simplified electric valve control scenario was developed.
