- 中国石油天然气管道工程有限公司采用工程量清单计价法对醴陵市天然气利用项目城市高中压管道工程进行了总承包的投标报价。文章从工程量清单及数量的编制、工程量清单的复核、建设工程工程量清单计价规范的工程量计算规则、工程划分为实体与非实体两部分、综合单价等方面进行了探讨，为推行建设工程工程量清单计价规范提供了经验。
China Petroleum Pipeline Corporation adopted the valuating of bill of engineering quality to bid for the "General Contract of High and Medium Pressures Pipeline Engineering of Natural Gas Utilization Project in Liling City". This paper discusses some aspects including the compilation and checking of bill of engineering quality, engineering quantity calculation rules of "Valuating Code of Bill of Engineering Quantity of Construction Engineering", engineering divisions of entity and non-entity, synthetic unit price, and so on.
