- 工程量清单计价模式是我国工程造价制度和招投标制度的重大变革，文章介绍了工程量清单计价的基本概念、特点及工程量清单的组成。以3000m3原油储罐为例，说明了工程量清单计价的具体做法。
Valuating calculation mode of bill of engineering quantity is a significant innovation of the cost system and bidding system in our country. This paper presents the basic concepts, features and composition of bill of engineering quantity.
