- 文章分析了在南亚某国水电站工程中承包商索赔的失败案例和在某桥梁工程中承包商索赔的成功案例，在此基础上根据作者的实践经验，探讨了工程索赔技巧，如：合理创造索赔机会、合理计算索赔款、及时提出索赔要求、认真编制索赔报告、提供充分的索赔证据、提起索赔要有理有节、随时申报按月结算等。文章还强调，在掌握索赔技巧的同时，首先要做一个合格的承包商。
This paper analyzes contrctor's counterclaim of an unsuccessful case of a hydropower station project as well as a successful case of a bridge project in one South Asia Country.
