- 文章针对集肤效应管焊接中存在的管内塌陷缺陷,运用几何方法,建立管内塌陷数据分析模型,对缺陷进行数据分析,并运用正交试验优选了焊接工艺参数,解决了集肤效应管焊接中存在的管内塌陷问题。采用优选的最佳焊接工艺施焊,对2000道焊缝进行随机检查,用通管器通管一次合格率达到100%,焊缝外观检测一次合格率达到99.2%。
Aimed at the collapse defects in a skin effect trace pipe, a data analysis model of collapse defects was set up by geometric method and the data analysis of collapse defects was conducted. Furthermore the welding process parameters were optimized by orthogonality tests for solving the pipe collapse problem. The optimized welding process was adopted in the trace pipe welding and stochastic inspection was performed for 2000 welds.
