- 13MnNiMoNbR钢是一种强度等级较高、综合性能良好的结构钢,用于制造高温、高压容器。其厚度为46mm的钢板在焊接过程中容易开裂,焊接接头冲击韧性值难以保证。通过工艺方案选定和工艺评定试验,探索制订了最佳工艺参数,使焊接的高压汽水分离器筒体达到了质量要求。射线探伤一次合格率为98.5%,超声波探伤结果全部为I级。
13MnNiMoNbR steel is a kind of structural steel with higher strength grade and perfect overall performance used in manufacture of high temperature and pressure vessels. Among them the steel plate with the thickness of 46 mm is susceptible to fracture during welding, and the proper impact flexibility of welds is difficult to guarantee. After the selection of process scenario and process assessment test, the optimal process parameters are found and the welded cylinder of the high pressure separator satisfies the quality demands.
