对单环氧防腐海底管道配重层防滑工艺的改进

- 文章介绍了海底管道配重层与防腐层之间的防滑工艺,针对中石化镇海海底管道工程中一条单环氧防腐海底管道采用增阻颗粒方法不能达到防滑要求的情况,借鉴3PE海底管道的防滑结构,提出环氧粉末+粘结剂+聚乙烯防滑颗粒的防腐和防滑结构,经抗剪切试验,最高加压载荷达到3102.6kN,无位移,远远高出设计和工程的要求。
Slide-resistance techniques are outlined in this paper. Aimed at the slide-resistance failure with a granular texture to epoxy anticorrosion coating, the authors used the slide-resistance structure of 3PE anticorrosion coating pipeline for reference, brought forward a new anticorrosion and slide-resistance structure, i.e. epoxy powder plus bonding agent plus polyethylene granules for slide-resistance.
