- 为了解混凝土储油罐在温差作用下的温度传播规律,进行了低温荷载模型试验。试验结果表明:加载初期储罐内外表面温差较大且分布很不均匀,是罐壁产生较大温度应力的危险时间段。采用过渡层模拟加载液体与模型内表面的温差,进行有限元计算,计算结果与试验结果相符。采用有限元法,计算原型混凝土储油罐低温储油时的温度场,进而对储油罐的设计和施工提供参考依据。
A model test of low temperature loads on a concrete oil tank filled with cold liquid was carried out in order to understand the rule of temperature transmittal under the action of difference in temperature on the tank. The results show that at the initial stage, the temperature difference between internal and external wall surfaces is considerable and the temperature distribution is not uniform; the initial stage belongs in dangerous time period because of the considerable temperature stresses. Transient layer approach was used in finite element method to simulate the temperature difference between the loading liquid and the model internal wall surface, and the results of calculation and test are accordant.
