- 在工程项目中，解决好合同目标与劳动资源使用的关系，最大限度地降低工程成本是目前项目管理中急需解决的问题。工程计划信息技术能有效地优化工程中计划目标与资源使用的关系，降低工程费用。文章介绍了工程计划信息化的主要内容，结合5万m~3油罐工程实例，论述了工程计划信息化在具体工程中的应用，解决了工程计划目标、资源与费用之间的信息沟通与转换问题，在保证工程计划目标的前提下，优化了资源，节约了费用，缩短了工期。
Engineering plan informationization technology can effectively optimize the relationship between the plan object and resource application, and reduce the engineering cost. This paper depicts the main content of engineering plan informationization. And associated with an engineering practice of 5×104 m3 oil tank, it discusses the application of engineering plan informasionization in the concrete projects, which solves the communication and transfer problems among engineering plan object, resource and cost, and optimizes the resource, saves the cost and shortens the time period for project under the precondition of guaranteeing the realization of engineering plan object.2007,1(1): 65-68 收稿日期：2006-2-19分类号：F406.3作者简介：刘宁（1973- ），男，甘肃环县人，工程师，1998 年毕业于西安石油学院，主要从事石油化工装置的施工管理工作。参考文献：
