- 介绍了储油罐新型浮盘即张氏浮盘的结构、特点、节能效果及应用情况,该浮盘设计科学,上下浮动平衡,不会出现卡盘现象,静电导出性能好,使油罐能安全运行,可减少油气的蒸发损失和环境污染,增加储油量,节能降耗效果显著,该新型浮盘是新罐建造和旧罐改造的理想方式。
The structure, property, energy saving efficiency and application of a new type open pan, i.e. Zhang's open pan, of a floating roof storage tank are introduced in this paper. The open pan is scientifically designed which enables the open pan to move up and down in balance without being stuck, and its electrostatic eduction capacity enables the tank to operate safely. The new open pan decreases the evaporation loss of oil and gas, and environmental pollution as well, increases the oil storage capacity and achieves remarkable efficiency of energy saving and consumption reducing.2007,1(1): 47-48 收稿日期:2006-7-18分类号:TE972作者简介:徐至钧(1937- ),男,浙江上虞人,教授级高级工程师。
