- 水下夹桩器是一种广泛应用于海洋石油平台建设的液压夹具。在水下夹桩器液压缸设计中引入有限元分析的优化设计过程,完成了水下夹桩器液压缸结构的优化设计。利用ANSYS软件中的参数化设计语言(APDL),建立液压缸的参数化有限元优化模型,完成了优化计算,得到了优化结果,并将该结果与理论计算结果进行了比较。分析结果显示,将基于有限元分析的优化技术应用于水下夹桩器液压缸的设计是一种有效的方法,优化后的结构特性与受力状况得到改善,设计出的结构满足工程要求。
Optimization design based on finite element analysis were introduced into the hydraulic cylinder design of an underwater skirt pile gripper, and the design was finished. The parametric optimization design model was built in APDL language, and was calculated using ANSYS software. The gained result of optimization design was compared with the result of theoretical calculation.
