- 文昌油田群海洋钻修井机是中国海洋石油自主研发设计的第一个海洋钻修井机项目,该项目结构设计应用海洋石油工程设计方法和SACS、AUTOPLANT、STRUCAD等软件,提高了海洋钻修井机的整体技术经济性能。文章介绍了钻修井机的主要功能、设计方案的优选、部分结构的组成和结构。对钻修井机结构整体分析的结果表明,其强度、刚度和稳定性均满足规范要求,抗倾覆性和抗震能力满足环境要求。通过综合评价,文昌油田群海洋钻修井机的结构设计具有以下优点:模块化、标准化设计水平高,与平台甲板组块的匹配性良好,合理控制了材料的利用率,减轻了自重,实现了设计的预工程化,兼顾了后期改造升级的需要。
Applying offshore engineering design methods and software such as SACS, AUTOPLANT and STRUCAD to the structural design of offshore drilling and workover machines used in Wenchang Oilfield Group boosts the whole technical and economic performances of these machines. This paper introduces the main functions, optimal design scenario selection and configuration of partial structures. The integral analysis of drilling and workover machines shows that their strengths, rigidities and stabilities meet the standard needs, the anti-overturn capacity and aseismic capacity satisfy the environmental conditions.
