- 造价工程师是建设项目造价工作的重要组织者和负责人,对合理确定和有效控制工程造价起着十分重要的作用。对设计、招投标、施工、竣工结算四个阶段的投资进行重点控制是造价工程师进行全过程、全方位综合经济技术服务、发挥高智能服务作用的具体体现。
Cost engineer is the important organizer and the person in charge of construction project cost work, who plays a very important role in reasonably determining and effectively controlling project construction cost.
