- 印度东气西输项目管道采用X70钢,直径1219mm,壁厚17.2mm,工作压力10MPa。中国石油天然气管道局首次从事如此大直径的管道项目,承揽了6个标段共1071km的施工任务,施工中采用了滚轮吊篮下沟技术,取得了较好的效果。文章对滚轮吊篮下沟时管道的弹性弯曲位移、沿线各吊管机承受的载荷分布以及滚轮对3PE防腐层的影响等进行了计算分析,结合实际情况给出了70t、90t吊管机的多种配置方案,为直径1219mm管道的施工提供依据。
The India East-West Pipeline (EWPL) Project is an attention-focused natural gas pipeline project in the world. The main technical parameters of the said project are as follows: 10 MPa operating pressure, X70 steel pipe material, D 1 219 mm and three kinds of wall thickness, i.e. 17.2 mm (approximately 80%), 20.7 mm and 25.4 mm. China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau undertook six bid sections, totally 1 071 km pipeline construction tasks, applying the laying method of lowering-in using rolling cradle. It's the first time that CPP construct such large diameter pipeline. This article theoretically analyzes and verifies the elastic bending deformation, load distribution for side -booms along the pipeline and negative influence on 3 layer polyethylene coating caused by rollers in lowering-in operation, as well as presented multiple deployments utilizing 70 t and 90 t side-booms by studying the actual practice of EWPL project in India, which can provide guidance for the D 1 219 mm pipeline construction.2008,6(6): 62-64 收稿日期:2008-3-21分类号:TE973.8作者简介:靳红星(1967-),男,河北香河人,高级工程师,1992 年毕业于中国石油大学,天津大学材料工程硕士,长期从事长输管道焊接与施工工作。参考文献:
