- L415材质的管道钢广泛应用于大口径长输管道中,管道焊接是在瞬间的高温作用下,伴有复杂冶金过程的一个物理变化和化学反应过程,由于L415材质具有一定的淬硬性,焊接施工时如果措施不得当,在应力和扩散氢的作用下焊缝会产生裂纹,严重影响施工质量和速度。文章通过对焊缝裂纹形式、母材材质、焊接施工工艺和现场环境等的分析,查找出现裂纹的原因,采取焊前预热、提高组对质量等预防措施和焊缝返修保障措施,有效地控制了焊接裂纹的产生。
L415 material of steel is widely used in large diameter long-distance pipelines. Welding is an effect of high temperature for an instant, accompanied by the metallurgical complex process of physical change and chemical reaction. Due to its having a certain degree of hardenability, if welding construction measures taken are not proper, the diffusible hydrogen and stress will cause weld cracks so as to make severe impact on the quality and speed of construction. Through the analyses of weld crack forms,base metal materials, construction technology and welding on-site environment, the causes of the cracks are found.
