- 介绍了ASW-Ⅱ型球罐自动焊设备在临港工业区50%液碱储罐工程中的应用,说明了自动焊接设备在实际施工中的应用条件、特点和焊接工艺等。该设备配以柔性轨道、刚性直轨道,分别焊接了储罐的弧形拱顶和立缝,取得了满意的效果。该自动焊技术具有较高的推广应用价值。
The ASW-Ⅱ automation welding machine for spherical tank construction is applied in the 50% liquid alkali storage tank project in Lingang Industrial Zone. The application conditions, characteristics and welding technology of the automation welding machine are described.
