- 在高密度聚乙烯装置中,环管反应器是工艺流程的核心设备。文章着重描述了环管反应器组装过程以及轴流泵弯头配对法兰的组焊方法。在安装过程中,通过使用正确的组装方法,保证了环管反应器的安装精度;通过对轴流泵配对法兰组焊程序的控制,保证了环管反应器的焊接质量。
Loop reactor is the key equipment in a high density polyethylene plant. This thesis describes the field erection process of the loop reactor and the assembly welding method of a pair of the axial-flow pump flanges.
