大模袋充填固化泥用于滩海路堤堤心技术的研究

- 根据淤泥质滩涂地区地质特点,在砂石资源缺乏的情况下,开发了一种大模袋充填固化泥作为堤心材料,可用于滩海地区路堤建设。通过掺加快速固化材料,可实现固化泥3天快速固化,降低了施工过程中突遇风暴潮时大模袋充填物损失的机率。确定了泵送充填的施工工艺和设备选型,提出了施工过程中的工艺控制点和质量控制方法。大模袋充填固化泥结构可以在退潮时露出滩面的滩涂地区施工,在砂石资源缺乏地区,就地取用黏土材料,能够加快施工进度,降低工程总体造价。
According to the geologic features of silty beach and the lack of sand and stone resources, a technique using large geotextile tubes filled with consolidated mud for roadbed has been developed and it can be used for construction of road and seawall in such beach area. Mud is rapidly solidified in 3d by adding the rapid solidifying materials, and this would reduce the filled material loss caused by storm during constructing. The construction process and the equipment for silt pumping and filling are decided, and the key matters of process and quality control are also put forward. This construction method can be applied in the beach area where the land emerges as ebbing.
