- 根据斜拉索管桥的实际结构特点,建立了三维有限元计算模型。针对输送管道的薄壁结构特征,在弹性薄壳理论的基础上,引入Karman挠曲系数以及应力增强系数,建立了曲管单元的计算模型;同时考虑了斜拉索的垂度效应、边界条件等结构参数对斜拉索管桥的影响。结合实例,对恒载作用下斜拉索管桥的结构、几何形状与内力进行了仿真计算,数值计算结果与实测结果吻合,说明应用该有限元模型能够精确进行几何非线性分析。
According to the actual structure characteristics of a cable-stayed pipeline bridge, a three dimensional finite element mathematical model is developed. Based on the elastic thin shell theory, Karman flexibility factor and stress intensification factor are calculated for the pipeline and the bend pipe element model is established. The effects of structure parameters, such as cable sag and support conditions, on the cablestayed pipeline bridge are considered. In the calculation example, the structure, geometry and initial internal forces of the bridge under constant loads are simulated and calculated.
