- 针对油田注水泵在运行中存在能耗高、泵阀门磨损严重、寿命短等问题,提出在注水系统中引入变频控制技术,对注水泵用变频器控制的可行性进行了分析。通过变频改造的注水系统,电机启动平稳,消除了泵的喘振现象,使泵处于最佳工况运行,延长了管网、泵、阀门的维修周期和使用寿命,增强了系统的稳定性和可靠性,且节电效果显著。
To solve problems such as high energy consumption, severe valve abrasion and short service life in oilfield pump operation, the frequency conversion technology is introduced to water injection system and the feasibility using frequency convertor to control water injection pump is analyzed. After reformation of the water injection system by frequency conversion technique, the motor of the system starts up steadily, the pump surging is eliminated and the pump works in optimum state. The maintenance periods and service lives of the pipeline network, pumps and valves can be prolonged. The system works more stably and reliably and saves more electric power.
