摘要:: 西气东输增输工程包括22座压气站和3座分输站,新建站建设与续建站建设和压缩机组改造同期进行,现场各专业配合交叉作业多,管理难度大。文章结合西气东输增输工程建设实践,介绍了工程建设过程中项目管理工作的主要内容和做法,总结了大规模压气站工程建设项目管理的经验和体会。
The transmission capacity increasing project of West to East Gas Pipeline involves 22 compressor stations and 3 branch transmission stations. The constructions of these new built stations and continuous built stations progress in the corresponding period of compressor set reformation. Thus, there are a great amount of specialty cooperation and interlacing work in construction site causing the project management to be difficult. Based on the construction practice of the transmission capacity increasing project of West to East Gas Pipeline, this paper introduces the main contents of the project management and concrete implementation, summarizes the experience and realization of the project management of large scale compressor station construction.
