- 海洋平台桩管的焊接一直采用手工焊,焊接效率低,劳动强度大,作业环境恶劣,针对这一情况,深入分析了桩管对接预制施工条件和技术要求,提出了将自动焊专用设备应用于海洋平台的桩管焊接。文章介绍了自动焊设备的组成、在桩管预制现场应用的准备工作及自动焊实施情况。应用结果表明,该自动焊设备能够满足桩管预制现场的焊接技术要求,技术先进适用,焊接效率高,速度快,成本低。
Welding of offshore platform piles has applied manual welding way all along that has disadvantages such as low efficiency, strong labor strength and bed working condition. Therefore, the scenario of applying the special automatic welding equipment to offshore platform pile welding is presented. The composition of the automatic welding equipment, site preparation and implementation of automatic welding are illustrated.
