四封四堵不停输更换长管段技术的应用

- 采用四封四堵不停输技术,成功地解决了高压长输管道出现的长管段变形更换问题,在施工过程中配合应用压力平衡、氮气注入、软管吸收、置换清油等技术,保证了整个施工过程的安全、环保,确保了长输管道正常生产。文章介绍了更换变形管段前的准备工作、更换施工的主要工序以及注意事项。实践证明,该技术效率高,可靠性强。
On stream replacement of the long pipeline deformation section of a long distance pipeline with high pressure was successfully done by means of "four-sealing and four-blocking" method. Together with matching techniques such as pressure balance, nitrogen injection, absorption with flexible tube and cleaning oil replacement, the safety and environmental protection during the whole construction course were ensured, and the normal pipeline production was maintained. This paper introduces the preparing work prior to pipeline section replacement, main working processes during the replacement and the matters for attention.
