- 利比亚西部管道工程地处高温沙漠地区,夏季室外最高温度可达44℃,为保证RTU阀室内设备正常工作,解决RTU阀室内部的超温问题,提出利用计算流体力学(CFD)理论和相应的专业软件模拟RTU阀室内的热环境和传热过程,并以此为依据确定了阀室的结构和尺寸,解决了RTU阀室内的超温问题,为类似工程项目提供了一个成功案例和有益的思路。
Libya West Pipeline Project is carried out in the high temperature desert area with the highest air temperature of 44℃. In order to solve the exceeded high temperature trouble of RTU valve chamber in that project so as to ensure smooth operation of the equipment in the chamber, the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) theory and its corresponding software were applied to simulate the thermal environment and heat-transfer process of the RTU valve chamber.
