双驴头抽油机吊绳强度有限元分析

- 现场使用中发现双驴头抽油机的后驴头吊绳寿命较短,为解决这一问题,对后驴头和吊绳建立了三维模型。用有限元软件ABAQUS对吊绳的应力和位移进行了分析,其中考虑了吊绳与驴头表面接触部分摩擦系数和吊绳长度差异的影响。分析表明,摩擦系数越小,吊绳的应力分布越均匀,当吊绳之间存在长度差异时,短吊绳的应力明显增加。因此,接触面的摩擦系数越大,吊绳的寿命越短,短吊绳的寿命要低于长吊绳的寿命。根据这些计算结果,建议在吊绳与后驴头接触表面使用润滑脂,并且添加固体润滑剂,在吊绳使用之前,对吊绳进行预拉伸处理,使吊绳产生一定的预应力和预应变。
Because the lifting rope life of rear horse head of a double horse head beam pumping unit is relatively short in field application, a three dimensional model of the rear horse and lifting ropes was constructed to solve the problem. The stresses and displacements of the lifting ropes were analyzed by finite element software ABAQUS. The influences of friction coefficients between the lifting ropes and rear horse head as well as the length difference among the lifting ropes were considered. The analysis shows that the lower friction coefficient, the more uniform stress distribution; when there is length difference among the lifting ropes, the stress of short lifting rope is obviously higher. Based on the computational results, it is concluded that the higher friction coefficient, the shorter life of lifting rope; the life of short lifting rope is shorter than that of long ones. Grease lubricant should be added on the contact surface between the lifting ropes and the rear horse head, and solid lubricant should be put into the grease to decrease the friction coefficient.
