石化控制室雷击风险评估技术研究

- 在分析了国外发达国家众多雷击风险评估方法的基础上,从计算方法、推理过程和参数的全面性等方面考虑,采用IEC62305标准作为参考,同时结合我国相关标准和石化控制室的特点以及实际调研成果,调整或增加参数,确定了石化控制室雷击风险评估方法。利用该方法对某石化厂控制室进行雷击风险评估,依据结论完善相关防雷设施,取得了显著的防雷效果。
Based on the analysis of many lightning strike risk evaluation methods used in developed countries, the standard IEC62305 was adopted as reference in the consideration of calculation method, reasoning and comprehensive parameters. Then, combined with the domestic relevant standards, the features of petrochemical rooms and practical investigation results, as well as adjustment or increase of parameters, the lightning strike risk evaluation method for petrochemical control room was determined. The method has been applied to evaluate the lightning strike risk of a petrochemical control room and the lightning prevention device has been consummated according to the evaluation conclusion.
