危险化学品储罐检验法规及检验技术探讨

- 危险化学品储罐一旦爆炸或泄漏,往往会引发火灾、中毒等事故,造成严重的环境污染及人身和财产安全问题。对在用危险化学品储罐进行定期检验和维修是确保其安全运行的有效措施。文章针对目前我国还未将危险化学品储罐纳入特种设备、管理较松散的情况,介绍了国内外危险化学品储罐的法规标准与检验检测技术现状,阐述了危险化学品储罐底板腐蚀状态声发射检测和漏磁检测的特点,探讨了开展危险化学品储罐检验检测的相关技术。
In case of blast or leakage of dangerous chemical storage tanks, accidents such as fire and poisoning happen sometimes, and cause serious environmental pollution, life and property loss. Aiming at the domestic situation that dangerous chemical storage tanks have not been sorted into the special equipment and their management is not strict, this paper introduces the regulations and codes as well as the current inspection technology for dangerous chemical storage tanks at home and abroad, expatiates on the inspection techniques of acoustic emission and magnetic flux leakage for detecting corrosion condition of bottom plates of the storage tanks, and discusses the relevant inspection technology of dangerous chemical storage tanks.2008,5(5): 1-4 收稿日期：2008-1-11分类号：TE972作者简介：陈松生(1979-),男,江酉宁都人,工程师,2003年毕业于南昌大学化工机械专业,现主要从事压力容器、压力昔道和危险化学品储罐等设备的检验工作.参考文献：
