油气管道气体试压设备的优化组配与应用

- 在西部人烟稀少的干旱地区进行管道施工,采用气体试压是较为方便经济的办法。但是,随着油气管道管径的增大,过去的试压设备和工艺已不适应。文章介绍了国内外移动式空压机和超高压设备技术现状,提出了试压设备系统优化组配方案,并以铁西D377mm输油管道的吹扫试压为例,介绍了优化组配试压系统的应用。实践证明,优化组配的试压设备压力上升速度快,节省试压时间,节约燃料,经济效益显著。
For pipeline construction in sparsely populated and arid regions, pipeline pressure test using gas is a sort of considerably convenient and economical method. Whereas, with the increase of pipeline diameter, old pressure test equipment and corresponding test process have become unsuitable. This paper summarizes the current technical status of mobile air compressors and ultrahigh pressure equipment at home and abroad, puts forward optimized assembly scenario of pressure test equipment system. Taking Tiexi D377 mm oil pipeline as an example, it illustrates the application of the optimized assembly pressure test system.
