摘要:: 工程造价控制是建设工程管理的核心部分,体现了建设工程前期可行性研究、投资决策、设计施工、竣工交付使用前所需全部建设费用的确定、控制、监督和管理。文章就建筑工程造价控制存在的问题,提出几点建议和解决办法。
Engineering cost control is the hardcore of building engineering management, which embodies the determination, control, supervision and management of total engineering costs needed at the stages of pre-feasibility study, investment decision-making, design and construction, completion before being delivered to use. This paper provides some suggestions and measures to solve the existing problems in building engineering cost control.
