- 从理论上讲,石化行业的建设项目与其他行业项目的管理理念和管理原理是一致的,但石化工程项目一般具有投资额大、危险性高等特点,所以在实施过程中重点关注的因素有所不同。文章从国际项目管理模式的趋势、国内外石化行业项目管理模式的实际选择等方面进行了介绍,并对石化工程建设的项目管理模式选择需要考虑的具体因素进行了探讨。
Theoretically, the management ideal and principle of construction projects in petrochemical industry are accordant with those in other industries.In general, the engineering projects in petrochemical industry have such characteristics as vast investment and high risk, so the key factors concerned in implementation are somewhat different. Based on this analysis, this paper introduces the trends of international project management modes, the practical selection of project management modes in petrochemical industry at home and abroad, and so on.
