摘要:: 国际工程建设项目具有一次性、固定性、周期长、投资多、风险大等特点,工程项目与其所处的环境息息相关,商务法律环境是其中的重要因素,如何有效地对项目所处的商务法律环境进行风险管理是一个企业实施国际工程项目风险管理的重要内容。文章介绍了国际工程项目商务法律风险的要素、权重设计以及风险级别和风险档次的划分,举例说明了风险评估的方法。
International engineering projects possess the features of once, fixity, long period, large amount of investment and great risk. The projects relate closely to their circumstances, and the business law circumstance is an important factor. How to effectively carry out the risk management of the business law circumstance where the project is carried out is an important matter for an enterprise. The basic risk elements, weighted design and categories of risk levels and risk ranges of business law of international engineering projects are introduced, and the risk assessment methods are illustrated in this paper.
