- 南水北调工程采用了直径4m的PCCP管道,为延长管道的使用寿命,在PCCP水泥砂浆外壁用环氧煤沥青进行加强防腐。文章介绍了PCCP的生产工艺流程、超厚膜环氧煤沥青涂料及涂层的性能指标,阐述了自动化喷涂和地面高压喷涂施工工艺,对PCCP外壁环氧煤沥青涂层的新型检测仪器和检测方法进行了说明。
PCCP of 4 m diameter is applied in South-to-North Water Diversion Project and enhanced by putting epoxy coal asphalt on its external cement slurry wall for anticorrosion.
