- 以茂名30万t乙烯工程裂解装置1#丙烯塔焊后热处理产生变形的情况为例,分析了金属设备焊后热处理变形的机理,定性地建立了压力容器焊后热处理变形方程∑=f(σ,t,T,S,Ω),并从制订合理的热处理工艺和增设必要的约束变形辅助设施两个方面入手,提出了塔类设备焊后热处理变形的预防措施。
In combination with the case of heat treatment deformation after welding of 1# propane tower of the cracking equipment in Maoming 30 × 104 t ethylene project, this paper analyses the cause of heat treatment deformation which is the result of the metal yielding occurred in certain temperature and stress conditions, establishes qualitatively the deformation equation of pressure vessel, and puts forward the protective measures of heat treatment deformation, including working out rational heat treatment process and adding necessary ancillary to constrain the deformation.2008,4(4): 55-57,7 收稿日期:2007-12-25分类号:TE962;TE973.3作者简介:吴伟强(1965-),男,广东茂名人,高级工程师,1987年毕业于华南工学院金属材料及热处理专业,2001年获华南理工大学工程硕士学位,长期从事石油化工工程建设项目管理工作.参考文献:
