- 针对长庆油田低渗、低压、低产的油藏特征和注水特点,探索出既保证安全生产、又能降低成本的3种注水工艺,即单干管小支线活动洗井注水工艺、树枝状干管稳流配注活动洗井注水工艺和橇装式注水工艺,并总结了各种工艺的特点。实践证明,单干管小支线活动洗井注水工艺和树枝状干管稳流配注活动洗井注水工艺,极大地简化了流程,提高了注水效率,适应油田地面工程建设的需要。
Aimed at the oil reservoir characteristics of low permeability, low pressure and low yield as well as the feature of water injection process in Changqing Oilfield, three kinds of water injection processes and their features have been investigated, i.e. the well flushing and water injection process using single main pipe with small branch lines and mobile flushing vehicle, the well flushing and water injection process using dendritic main pipe with steady flow injection allocation valves and mobile flushing vehicle and the sled-mounted water injection. These processes have the advantages of ensuring production safety and reducing costs.
