摘要:: 对于内壁遭受大面积腐蚀且壁厚减薄率相当大的输送管道(以下称为旧管道),经常采用的一种修复方法是内衬塑料管法,就是把一层塑料管衬在管道内表面上,达到既增加管道强度又避免内腐蚀的双重目的。文章系统介绍了旧管道内衬塑料管修复技术中的插入法。
For a transmission pipeline having a large area of corrosion in its internal wall and considerable reducing of wall thickness, a frequently used rehabilitation method is lining plastic tube method, i.e. inserting a layer of a plastic tube onto the internal surface of the pipeline. This method not only enhances the pipeline strength, but also avoids internal corrosion. This paper describes systematically such technique of pipeline rehabilitation.
