山区大坡度小断面隧道施工技术

摘要:: 文章以普光气田黄岭隧道为例,介绍了该隧道的施工工艺和特点,针对大坡度、小断面及隧道进口段为饱和块石土地层的情况,采取了从进口反坡施工、光面爆破、卷扬机有轨运输、洞内反坡排水、超前小导管注浆加固及支立型钢拱架等措施,有效保证了隧道开挖进度和安全,解决了隧道开挖后坍塌等问题。
This paper introduces the construction process and characteristics of Huangling tunnel in Puguang Gas Field. The tunnel has a steep slope and small cross section and there is a saturated soil stratum with rubbles scattering at the tunnel entry. A set of effective measures, such as reverse slope at the tunnel entry, smooth blasting, railed transport of windlass, reverse slope drainage in tunnel, pre-grouting reinforcement with ductule and setting up profiled bar arch, are taken so as to effectively ensure the schedule and safety of the tunnel excavation work and solve the collapse problem in excavation construction.
